Powers Point in West Kelowna, BC is a small park that serves as the outflow of Powers Creek. The park is essentially a spit of sand and rock with a secluded little beach area away from the busier beaches of the Gellatly area. The park also features a grassy area with a gazebo, picnic tables, and benches that have an excellent view looking out over Okanagan Lake.
Powers Point is an excellent spot to stop and relax on your Gellaty Bay Walkway tour and if you visit during the fall you may be able to see spawning salmon in Powers Creek.
