You may also earn significantly less than you did as an active practicing lawyer. However, it all depends on what you want to achieve. If traveling the world is more important than building your career, then you can take a break and do what makes you happy.

Digital nomads are different from tourists because they actually get the chance to stay in a particular country for a longer time. Nomads tend to explore a country for a longer period, live in different cities, and get a taste of the culture before moving on to the next target.
