That airport buzz is something that never gets old for most of us. The excitement and expectation of jetting off are usually enough to keep you entertained, but there are times when something extra is needed. Layovers, delays, and just standard waiting times can feel like a drag, so here are some fun games to play with friends and family to help your airport time fly by.
Travel trivia
Everyone loves a bit of trivia, so why not get in the holiday mood with a travel theme? Test each other’s knowledge with travel trivia questions and set prizes for winners – this could be anything from choosing who gets the best room to deciding the next destination!
Prepare a list of questions related to counties, capitals, landmarks, and travel history, and then take turns quizzing each other. It’s simple, but great fun!

A deck of cards is an ever-reliable travel companion. You can use it at your destination but also if you’re sitting around waiting at the airport.
