Cerro de la Calavera (Skull Hill) is situated in La Paz, Mexico, and is a unique and breathtakingly beautiful destination located in the state of Baja California Sur. Situated at the head of a small mountain range, it’s home to one of North America's most extensive limestone formations, called Sierra de las Cacachilas. It is known as “The Skull Hill” or “Calavera La Paz” due to the skull-like shape the mountain resembles from certain vantage points.
