Daily Skin Care Routine While Traveling This Summer

Skincare is something we tend to consider a luxury at first, and for people who don’t pay high attention to their appearance, it seems like a struggle. 1. Waking Up and Going to Bed

Face yoga is a type of facial massage that includes specific hand movements and pressure created by your fingers, in several specific parts of your face.

These exercises can offer you relaxation, and in a long-term aspect, can help you “reform” your face’s shape to particular regions.

Several tutorials can be found online, additionally to apps that can provide a personalized guide according to your goal, for a small fee.

4. Hydration & Nutrition

Our skin is not just a layer whose health and look are based 100% on external factors.
It is also a reflection of what happens inside our bodies.
Low consumption of water and/or high consumption of caffeine & alcohol,  is depicted to your skin with dryness and dullness.

The same results could be shown by eating fast food frequently (something very common when traveling and the budget is tight) and neglecting to eat fruits and groceries.
