About Okanagan Centre Safe Harbour Regional Park, Lake Country, BC
Okanagan Centre Safe Harbour Regional Park is situated along the beautiful Okanagan Lake in the beach community of Lake Country, British Columbia. The main purpose of the park is to provide safety for boaters during a storm, but aside from that it also provides visitors with a lovely piece to hang out for the day and have a beach picnic. The park boasts a gorgeous setting and features several ideal sandy beaches, a dock for fishing, as well as a convenient boat launch.
The beach is also connected to the Okanagan Centre Beach Park Trail, which is one of the Okanagan Valley’s most scenic trails. The trail takes you past spectacular beaches and parks and leads you through large stands of ponderosa pine trees.
