Crystal Waters Trail is a must-do hike that is conveniently located just off Highway 97 on Crystal Waters Road in the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia. This splendid hiking trail meanders along a lakeside slope through patches of forest that occasionally open up and provide awe-inspiring panoramic views of Kalamalka Lake and its vibrant blue waters. The hike connects with several other main trails in the Vernon and Lake Country area including Campbell-Brown Trail, Okanagan Rail Trail, Okanagan College Connector, Pelmewash Parkway, and the Wood Lake Loop. With so many possible loops and connections, the hiking options from Krystal Waters Trail are seemingly endless.
Hikers will also be able to connect with the trail via Kekuli Bay Provincial Park, the trail continues for 1.35 km from High Ridge Road to Bailey Road. This moderately easy hiking and biking trail is an excellent outing for the whole family and you can even bring your pets on a leash.
