About Stephens Coyote Ridge Regional Park
The Stephens Coyote Ridge Regional Park is a large 102-hectare piece of pristine parkland that is located in the North Glenmore area of Kelowna, British Columbia. It allows locals and visitors the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and within minutes be hiking through the gorgeous wilderness of the Okanagan Valley.
Stephens Coyote Ridge features several hiking trails that lead visitors through idyllic grasslands to small lakes and ponds. The biggest of them is Light Blue Lake, where you can swim and use the rope swing. The ponds are perfect for viewing wildlife, which includes many local species and of course coyotes. The park also boasts excellent panoramic views of Okanagan Lake, the city of Kelowna, and Okanagan Mountain.
