Perrine Coulee Falls, Idaho

Perrine Coulee Falls is a magnificent sight to behold and drops almost 200 feet as it plunges into the rocks below. It runs year-round and is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Twin Falls, Idaho. Summer flows are even stronger than winter and the mist seems to be a welcome experience when the scorching desert heat is at its peak. Perrine Coulee Falls can be viewed from the above walking path which takes visitors along the edge of the Snake River Gorge on the Canyon Rim Trail. Visitors can also get up close and personal by doing a short hike that takes them behind the falls.

Box Canyon State Park, Idaho

Box Canyon State Park is a gorgeous location situated in the US state of Idaho near the towns of Wendell and Buhl. Both towns are great spots for visiting the park and will take you to the trailhead.

Thousand Springs is massive with several different sections that are called units, including; Malad Gorge, Niagara Springs, and Ritter Island! At the trailhead’s parking lot, you will have to pay a $7 vehicle fee. This one-time fee will get you into all of the other units of Thousand Springs.

It is very easy to miss the park from the highway and most people drive right over the gorge without even noticing.
