Kay Falls, Sicamous
About Kay Falls, Shuswap, BC
Kay Falls is a 187-foot waterfall that is a relatively unknown and underrated. It is situated along the Trans-Canada Highway just outside of Sicamous and Revelstoke, British Columbia. A 2-minute hike from the highway greets visitors with an impressive and powerful flow of water that rushes down from the dramatic Monashee Mountain range. Upon walking into the park you’ll be blown away by the sheer force of the falls and mesmerized by the splendid lush green environment that is a byproduct of the moist environment.
The falls are not marked by any kind of signage nor do they have a specified parking lot or any amenities on site but there is a pullout on the side of the highway that is very easy to miss, so be sure to set the destination on Google Maps. You will know you are at the destination as there is a bridge marked with a sign that says Eagle River Bridge that is located right next to the pullout.
